What does the card do?

  • Your card can be used to access gated amenity areas around the Resort, such as the pools, fitness center, and business center.
  • For eligible Members, the card can be used to obtain discounts at select locations.
  • For eligible Members, the card can be used to charge select resort purchases to your Membership folio.

What can’t it do?

  • Your Member Card will not work as a front door keycard for your property.  See our Keycards page for information.

How do I get my card?

Please carefully read all of the information below, then fill out the form and upload the requested items.

  • Member Cards must be requested in advance. We are unable to accept walk-ins. Requests are typically processed within one week, but may take longer during times of high demand or due to holidays. We suggest you submit your request well in advance of your desired pickup date.
  • We’ll email you when your card is ready. Once your card is ready, it can be picked up by bringing a photo ID to the Fins Left entry gate kiosk on any day the pool is operating. Note the entry kiosk may close during inclement weather and typically closes a few hours earlier than the pool itself.
  • There’s no charge for your initial Member Card or for renewals upon a card’s expiration. All other replacement cards are subject to a $40 fee. If your request requires a fee, we’ll email you for credit card authorization.
  • Member Cards are not required for ages 15 or younger, but may be still be requested. Many Members choose to do this so their children can visit the Club with non-Members, such as their best friend and the friend’s parent.  Keep in mind that those 15 and younger must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.
  • We need you to upload two very specific types of images in order to complete your request. Please pay special attention to this section, as it is the cause of most delays in processing requests.

1. Member Card Photo

First, we need you to upload a current photo that will be used on the Member Card. Please use either your mobile phone or a digital camera to take this photo. Reproduced pictures such as a scanned polaroid picture or a photocopy of your drivers license picture are not acceptable for this requirement. The photo must be well-lit, must be a color photo (not black and white), and must be taken against a white or light-cream colored background. It should be a “head and shoulders” shot looking straight at the camera with no sunglasses, facial coverings, or head coverings (other than religious apparel). It should look similar to the type of photo used for a driver's license or passport.

2. Redacted Copy of Your Photo ID

Second, we need to verify that the photo you submitted to be used on the Member Card is actually a photo of the Member whose name will appear on the Member Card. To verify this, we require you to upload a redacted copy of the Member's government-issued photo ID.

You must obscure sensitive information including your Driver’s License or Passport number before you upload it. All we need to see is the part of the ID card that shows the Member’s name and photograph; everything else must be hidden in order to protect your personal information.

You can hide the sensitive information digitally in your phone/computer’s image editor, use a piece of dark-colored paper or tape to cover the sensitive info, or just take a picture of the card with your thumb hiding the sensitive info. The example image shows a correctly-redacted card.

If you are unable to hide the sensitive information or prefer not to send a redacted photo of the Member’s government ID, you will need to make an in-person appointment to receive your Member Card. For Members age 15 and younger who have no photo ID, a parent or guardian’s photo ID is required.
