Your Fins Up Beach Club Member Card is your passport to all the benefits of Membership.
Please carefully read all of the information below, then fill out the form and upload the requested items.
First, we need you to upload a current photo that will be used on the Member Card. Please use either your mobile phone or a digital camera to take this photo. Reproduced pictures such as a scanned polaroid picture or a photocopy of your drivers license picture are not acceptable for this requirement. The photo must be well-lit, must be a color photo (not black and white), and must be taken against a white or light-cream colored background. It should be a “head and shoulders” shot looking straight at the camera with no sunglasses, facial coverings, or head coverings (other than religious apparel). It should look similar to the type of photo used for a driver's license or passport.
Second, we need to verify that the photo you submitted to be used on the Member Card is actually a photo of the Member whose name will appear on the Member Card. To verify this, we require you to upload a redacted copy of the Member's government-issued photo ID.
You must obscure sensitive information including your Driver’s License or Passport number before you upload it. All we need to see is the part of the ID card that shows the Member’s name and photograph; everything else must be hidden in order to protect your personal information.
You can hide the sensitive information digitally in your phone/computer’s image editor, use a piece of dark-colored paper or tape to cover the sensitive info, or just take a picture of the card with your thumb hiding the sensitive info. The example image shows a correctly-redacted card.
If you are unable to hide the sensitive information or prefer not to send a redacted photo of the Member’s government ID, you will need to make an in-person appointment to receive your Member Card. For Members age 15 and younger who have no photo ID, a parent or guardian’s photo ID is required.
